Bert has been our most easygoing kitten from the very beginning, and at 5 weeks old that personality hasn’t changed one bit. When you pick him up he immediately goes full ragdoll mode, completely relaxed and happy to be carried around like a little baby.

He’s usually the first one to come running out of the house to greet us, which makes him incredibly fun to interact with. Bert is very social and affectionate, and he absolutely loves playing with his sister Mabel, earning him the nickname Bert the Flirt. A true ladies’ man.

While he’s normally very chill, Bert does occasionally unleash some absolutely chaotic zoomies, sometimes sprinting full force across the playpen and bouncing right into the acrylic panels like he forgot to install brakes. It’s hilarious every single time.

Bert is currently the second heaviest kitten in the litter and is growing beautifully. He’s still very loyal to the milk bar, which remains his preferred dining establishment for now.

He’s extra special to us because he’s a cream tabby (dilute of red), a colour we were really hoping to see from Ilmari and Z’Ambers. Between his laid-back nature, affectionate personality, and occasional bursts of chaos, Bert has quickly become one of the most entertaining little kittens to watch grow.
